Halloween Costume

This year's halloween costume is going to be the best. I'm going to be a cerial killer, I'm going to wear a box of captain crunch and have plastic knives stuck in it. My brother and I are both going to be cerial killers. I found it kind of funny. This year's costume is the best home made costume I have ever made,( because I've never made a home made costume). Yea, that is a good one. It's an easy one to make.

Edgar Allen Poe

I don't know who Edger Allen Poe is, so I'm just going to make a rough estimate. I'm going to say he wrights scary, weird stories and poems. I mean personally I've never read any of his work, but I've heard things about his stories. To me he sounds like a very descriptive author.

Family Vacation

My favorite family vacation is the time me and my family went to Walt Disney World for about a week. We went some time in June of 2007. It was about an eight hour flight. We started in Boise, rode a plane to Salt Lake City. Got  off for about an hour and hopped on another plane to Lewiston,. Then to Florida. We got to our hotel at about 11:00 PM! The next day, we didn't want to do any thing, we weren't used to the humidity there. So we drove around and looked at some restraunts and stores.

So that day we spent looking for the best places to shop and eat at. When we came back to the hotel we ate dinner and went swimming for about two or so hours. The next day we had a bowl and wrote all of our names on little pieces of paper. Our parents drew a name from the bowl and who's name was drawn, that person would choose all the things we did that day, then the next person, so on and so forth. And that is how it went.

Reading as a child

When I was young my parents would read with me. They would read nursery rhymes, fairytales, made up stories, we would just tell them as we go along.  So we spent time reading many different genres and time well spent. While reading, I grew to love my parents more. I can't really remember that much detail, but I know that we did read as a family, me, my parents, and my siblings.

I think if you read as a family or one on one time reading, you can strengthen your freind bonds and family bonds. Also if you spend more time reading, you are more likly to make reading a daily habbit.

Favorite book

My favorite book would probably have to be Fable Haven. The setting of the series is about a brother and sister that visit their grand parents for the summer. While they are there, they discover there is a giant cow in the grand parents barn. The cow makes a special milk that gives you the vision to see magical creatures such as faries, brownies, imps, ect.

Super power

If I had a super power it wouldn't be fying, nor super strenth, or anything origanal like that. My super power would be the ability to move my body parts on to other body parts, like I put me hand on my face. Also, I could take other people's parts too. Like I could take someone's nose and say I got your nose! Neener Neener!

 Or I could open my friends locker, take of my arm and scare him. I could pull the best pranks. Or an excuse to go home would be to tell the teacher that you left your brain on you're night stand. You tell your mom that you're little brother or sister shut the door on you're finger and it fell off. Anyways, that would be my super power and really cool.

Traditions

              My family has traditions through out the year. We have a tradition for our family is for birthdays. On birthdays we have donuts and eggs for breakfast. Also there is a present by your door when you wake up like a bag of M&Ms or a stuffed animal.

 On Christmas Eve, we open one gift of the parents choice. It's usually a book or blanket, stuff like that. We call them Jesus gifts. On Christmas, my siblings and I go down stairs youngest to oldest. I'm the oldest... How unfair... So when we line up and our parents have us wait on the stairs of about 10 min. My family has the normal ones aswell. You know, Thanksgiving, Easter, Presidents day, Columbus day, ect. We all have traditions that we pass on to the next generation. These are just some of the traditions I do. If these sound fun, go on and try some.
